Jim Phillips

Jim Phillips draws from knowledge gained working with companies as small as new innovative start-ups to large Fortune 100 companies during the past 35 years. Following his passion for visual communication and advertising photography, Jim became a self-taught photographer and programmer for multi-media winning numerous awards. With a passion for visual communications, Jim learned AV show production, a natural fit to combine with his photographic visuals. As he began to gain awards for his creative, both his corporate venues and business began to grow.  Throughout his 30+ year career, including his role of CEO of Rocket Advertising, Jim has created the positioning, marketing, advertising, and most importantly profits for global brands like General Electric, Toshiba, Johnson & Johnson, Essilor, General Electric, Siemens, and a host of other companies. Products as diverse as turbine engines to eyeglass lenses have all benefited from Jim’s counsel on branding and positioning.

Carmen Caricchio

With nearly 25 years of public relations experience, Carmen has helped biotechnology, medical device and diagnostic companies gain awareness and recognition in the news and on Wall Street.  She has launched and supported numerous ophthalmic, neurologic, cardiac, oncological, dermatological, respiratory and endocrinological therapeutics, as well as medical devices, lasers, drug delivery systems, gene sequencing instruments, diagnostics and laboratory products.  In addition, Carmen has also promoted award-winning disease awareness initiatives by bridging the work of worldwide advocacy organizations, research institutions and pharmaceutical companies.

In agency roles, Carmen has represented Carl Zeiss Meditec, the International Neuromoduation Society, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and many other public and private healthcare companies. Carmen was the President of CoActive Communications from 2004 – 2019 and she held senior communications positions at both Dorland Global and MCS Public Relations.
